Abstract:
To provide a carrier tape capable of preventing a pitch of a tape from becoming unstable during winding by one side part of the tape being deviated from the other side part to worsen the winding state of the tape, and a winding method for the same.SOLUTION: A carrier tape 1 includes: a resin sheet 2 in the form of an elongated strip; a plurality of pockets 11 formed while being arranged in a longitudinal direction of a central part 3 of the resin sheet 2; and a plurality of sprocket holes 12 punched out while being arranged in a longitudinal direction of at least one side part 4 of both side parts of the resin sheet 2. A height of a sprocket flange 5 on the one side part 4 of the resin sheet 2 and a height of a free flange 7 on the other side part 6 are made different. Since the sprocket flange 5 and the free flange 7 of different heights are overlapped and wound, even if the resin sheet 2 is coated with slippery silicone, it is possible to prevent the sprocket flange 5 from being dislocated from the free flange 7 and slipping off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
