PURPOSE: To provide a comfortable environment to passengers by avoiding the narrowing of a space for passengers and the direct transmission of the vibration and the noise, which are generated from a power source device, to the space for passengers.

CONSTITUTION: In a carrier 1 with an air conditioner for cable traction type suspending transportation equipment, a power source equipment 30 is provided in the carrier 1 at the suspending machine side, and an air conditioner 40 is provided in the passenger car main body 20 side so as to separate the power source equipment 30 from the space for passengers. This carrier can be applied for not only a carrier of general cableway equipment but also the similar general cable traction type suspending transportation equipment.
