Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry a heavy carriage material such as a temporary toilet. SOLUTION: Wheels 34 are journalled to a frame 14, mooring means to be fitted to a carriage material are provided therein, and an arm member 18 is detachably attached to the frame 14. A thrusting-up structure 48 which is detached from the frame 14 and used for lifting operation of the carriage material 42 is provided to the arm member 18. The arm member 18 is attached to the frame 14 so as to be also used for tractive operation of the carrier material 42.
