Abstract:
PURPOSE: A carrot tea, consisting essentially of a leaf or stem of a carrot, unpolished rice and cyclodextrin without giving foul breath even on eating a garlic, etc., and useful for removing foul breath.
CONSTITUTION: A carrot tea obtained by mixing (A) a leaf or stem of a carrot which is collected, heated by a method for steaming or boiling in an iron kettle, dried and subjected to form adjusting with (B) unpolished rice and (C) cyclodextrin.
