Title:
METHOD OF FORMING TUNNEL TIMBERING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3236544
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and precisely form a timbering by bringing a minor diameter ring timbering body assembled by connecting circular rectangular forms into contact with the upper circumferential part of an excavated wall surface, connecting it to an existing timbering body in such a manner as to be slidable, and then extending the diameter.
SOLUTION: A joint plate is fixed between circular longitudinal main beams laid along a tunnel excavated wall surface 2 to form a rectangular frame. A plurality of rectangular frames are connected to form a ring timbering body 3 having a diameter smaller than the excavated wall surface 2. The ring timbering body 3 is lifted to the upper circumferential part of the excavated wall surface 2, and held therein. The rear end surface of this ring timbering body 3 is connected to the front end surface of an existing ring timbering 3 already extended in diameter in such a manner as to be radially slidable. The opposed joint plates of the adjacent rectangular frames are separated by a diameter extending jack or push bolts provided on the joint plates to extend the diameter of the ring timbering body 3, and the circumferential surface is thoroughly brought into contact with the excavated wall surface 2. The main beams of ring timbering bodies 3A, 3A are also fastened and fixed by bolts and nuts.
