To enable easy and quick attachment/detachment, and a secure fixation when attached.SOLUTION: A carry bag fastener 1 includes: a strap 5 having an elastic member 5a that is elastic along a longitudinal direction; and two holding parts 6 attached to both end parts of the strap 5 in a longitudinal direction. The strap 5 is provided over an elastic handle of the carry bag, and two holding parts 6 hold a fixed body placed on the carry bag in an attachable/detachable manner.
