Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a corrosion inhibitor which has persistent corrosion- inhibiting effect for a long time even under conditions severe in a storage environment such as a high-temperature high-humidity environment by allowing a mixture prepared by mixing a water-soluble resin with a nitrate with a mixture prepared by mixing a thermoplastic resin with an ammonia or amine type corrosion inhibiting additive to coexist in a sealed space.
SOLUTION: A mixture prepared by mixing a water-soluble resin selected among sodium alginate, polyethylene oxides, etc., with at least 0.1wt.% at least one member selected among potassium nitrate, sodium nitrate, calcium nitrate, magnesium nitrate and dicyclohexylammonium nitrate and a mixture prepared by mixing a thermoplastic resin selected among polyolefin resins, etc., with at least 0.1wt.% at least one member selected among ammonium benzoate, ammonium phthalate, ammonium palmitate, ammonium carbonate, dicyclohexylamine phosphate, urea, urotropin, benzotriazole, etc., are allowed to coexist.
