To provide a carry-in/carry-out system capable of effectively preventing outside air from blowing into a building during a carry-in/carry-out work, transferring and unloading a cargo from a transport vehicle by an overhead crane to a predetermined part of a main area in the building, and directly loading a cargo to the transport vehicle by the overhead crane from a predetermined part in a main area.
The carry-in/carry-out system comprises an opening/closing booth 2 which is installed in a building while being located on the inner side of a carry-in/carry-out entrance 11a to be opened and closed by a door, and capable of demarcating a cargo carry-in/carry-out area 2A isolated from a main area in the building, and the overhead crane 3 provided movably in the building via an upper side of the opening/closing booth 2. The opening/closing booth 2 is composed of a plurality of movable segments 21, 22 having canopies and telescopically overlapped while the transport vehicle is advanced therein. The movable segments 21, 22 are opened and closed by movement in a sliding door manner.
