To provide a carrying aid that enables a pet or infant to be stably carried when walking with the pet or infant held.SOLUTION: A carrying aid A includes a stomach support part 1, a placement part 2, and a waist belt part 3, wherein the stomach support part abuts against an abdomen b1 of a wearer b, the placement part has a seat surface portion 20 on an upper surface and is provided so as to protrude forward from an upper end of the stomach support part, and the waist belt is provided on both sides of the stomach support part and inclines to be higher toward the wearer's waist with respect to a vertical direction of both sides of the stomach support part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
