Title:
CARRYING BELT FOR HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0680226
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To stably manufacture electronic parts of specified performance as well as to prevent a belt from being cut off with stress concentration taking place at joints relaxed by shielding a mesh belt made of stainless wires with one kind of releasable resin out of resin in fluorine series and resin in silicone series.

CONSTITUTION: A mesh belt which is similarly manufactured as a normal mesh belt while being composed of strands 1, 1,... as a warp and of solid wires 2, 2,... as a weft, is coated with resin in fluorine series composed of tetrafluoropropylene series and of copolymer of hexafluoropropylene series in such a way that the wire members of the mesh belt do not be exposed, so that a resin film 3 is thereby formed. In this coating method, the mesh belt is pulled up after it has been immersed in resin solution, it is then heattreated. The aforesaid mesh belt is placed in a coated film baking furnace which is heated up to several hundred degrees. Even when coated films are baked while part and members on which conductive material, coating and the like are applied, are being carried, they can well be released from the molds, specified electronic parts can thereby be stably manufactured.
