The carrying case for an endoscope comprises a main unit having a recessed housing groove for receiving the endoscope and a cover for covering the surface of the main unit. The gap between the housing groove and the endoscope received in the housing groove is filled with a filling member which is fluid when poured into the gap and solidifies afterward.
