This carrying device is constituted of an immobile part 1 and a movable part 2 provided in the immobile part 1. The movable part 2 is constituted to slide and project by prescribed amount in both right and left directions in parallel with the immobile part 1. In the movable part 2, a first member, a second member ,,, and the n-th member are laminated. The n-th member is constituted to slide and project by prescribed amount in relation to the n-1-th member. In the n-th member of the movable part 2, a carrying part 5 for carrying an object to be carried is provided. By sliding and projecting the first member, the object to be carried is carried by the carrying part 15.
