PURPOSE: To eliminate rails for picking-up, and the generation of shutting off a carrying route even during the maintenance work of a self-traveling truck by providing divided rails, which can be connected to the ends of traveling rails and maintenance rails freely, in picking-up movable body, which is supported and guided by one delivering rails and which can be moved freely.

CONSTITUTION: A self-traveling truck 4 is supported and guided by traveling rails 5a, 5b and travels on a first straight route part 1. After transferring the self-traveling truck 4 from one end of one traveling rail onto divided rails 17 for delivering movable bodies 6a, 6b, the delivering/movable bodies 6a, 6b are moved toward the other traveling rails. A work to be carried is thereby carried to a predetermined position. In the case of the maintenance of the self- traveling truck 4, the self-traveling truck 4 is made to travel and transferred from one end of the traveling rails to one delivering rail 7a and stopped on the divided rails of a picking-up movable body 9, and thereafter, the picking-up movable body 9 is moved toward maintenance rails 8. Maintenance is thereby performed.
