PURPOSE: To mount a carrying-in and carrying-out device for a pallet and the like within a narrow space, effectively work the driving forces of two kinds of driving devices, and precisely and stably linearly move a bracket having a pin engaging with a pallet and the like.

CONSTITUTION: A bracket 2 having a pin is mounted on one end of a parallel link 3, and the other end of the parallel link 3 is guided by a LM guide rail 4 so that it can be moved by a ball screw type driving device 5. The middle part of the parallel link is connected to one end of an oscillating arm 6, and the other end of the oscillating arm 6 is connected to an expansion cylinder through a driving arm 7 so that the bracket 2 can be moved at a right angle to the LM guide rail 4.
