Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of uneven coating thickness or coating failure for the uneven deformation of a support body in its width direction by forming a part of a split roller of an expandable material, and providing a distribution port to enable access of the fluid from the outside in the split roller to be concentrically connected thereto in the axial direction. SOLUTION: A pipe 63 of outside diameter d2 is fixed to a core part of carrying rollers 61,62, and each split roller frame 64 is turnably fitted to the outside diameter part. An outer circumferential part 65 of the split roller formed of a flexible elastic material is mounted on the outside of the split roller frame 64 to form a split roller 60G. A plurality of distribution ports 67 to be communicated with a cavity part 66 in the split roller frame 64 are opened in the circumferential surface of a part in contact with the pipe 63 of the split roller frame 64, and a pipe joint 71 for air blow and a pipe joint 73 for suction are provided on the pipe 63. The pipes 72,74 are connected to each other and respectively connected to a blower and a suction machine through the valves, and regulated to keep the contour dimensions and the shape of each split roller 60G.
