Abstract:
PURPOSE: To miniaturize the device to position a die replacing truck to the specified position.
CONSTITUTION: A positioning rod 50 is supported by a replacing truck 6 traveling on the upper surface of the floor, and the rod 50 is vertically driven by a pneumatic cylinder 54. A positioning hole 64 is formed in a receiving member 51 fixed on the floor side. A cylindrical intermediate member 72 is taper-engaged from the lower side to the rod lower part 67 of the rod 50, and the intermediate member 72 is supported by the rod lower part 67 in a vertically movable manner within the preset range. The intermediate member 72 is constituted to be fittable in the positioning hole 64 from the upper side.
