To automate a process for locking a parts carriage in storage space and prevent rattles in the parts carriage.
When the parts carriage 12 enters the storage spaces 17F, 17R, the parts carriage 12 is brought into contact with a guide edge part 22 and a lock member 18 is displaced to a lock release position to allow the parts carriage 12 to enter. After the storage, the parts carriage 12 is released from the guide edge part 22, the lock member 18 is elastically returned to the lock position by energization of an energization spring 24, and the parts carriage 12 is locked in a release regulation condition to an outside of the storage spaces 17F, 17R by the lock member 18. The stored parts carriage 12 is elastically pressed to a storage carriage 15 by an elastic holding member 27, thus preventing rattles from being given to the storage carriage 15 by the parts carriage 12.
