To provide a cart for both of indoor and outdoor applications which is loaded with an intravenous medicine container or an oxygen cylinder, fixed on the waist of a patient by an attached belt, and towed by the body without using hands.
This cart for both of indoor and outdoor applications is formed into a structure wherein one unit can be used in a hospital room, a hospital ward, and on the outside of the hospital ward by simple operations of an easy vertical motion of the front leg from front and rear legs on which a wheel is attached, and the attaching/detaching of the attached belt only. When the attached belt is tied, and the front leg is lifted, the patient can freely walk even on the outside of the hospital ward. Since the cart is towed by the body, a handle function is not required, and both hands are free. Also, since the own cart does not enter his visual field, a feeling of restraint is little. In addition, since the cart is for both of indoor and outdoor, the hospital side can reduce equipment investments and possessed spaces as well.
