Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a building board capable of effectively exerting the waterproof function of a sealer layer without requiring back sealer coating and a succeeding drying process by providing a travel means traveling on a conveyance path and a support means supporting the building board at a position below the conveyance path.
SOLUTION: The building board (a) is applied with a coating layer on the surface of a cement substrate and backed with a foam plastic on the back face, it is conveyed while being supported under a carriage cart, and it is applied with a required process during conveyance. The carriage cart is provided with front wheels 41 and rear wheels 42 on the lower face of a deck section 40 for a travel on a flat conveyance path 51, and the deck section 40 is provided with a center guide roll 47 to be guided on a center guide rail 52. A pair of hangers 48 are liftably suspended at both the front and rear ends below the deck section 40, and the building board (a) to be machined is horizontally held by holding tools provided at the lower end sections of the hangers 48.
