The cart device 1 includes: a base part 11 which can run on a floor F; a supporting base body 21 stood from the base part 11; a top plate 31 supported by the supporting base body 21; an operating handle part 41 provided behind the top plate 31 and supported by the supporting base body 21 or the top plate 31; and an electronic instrument supporting part 51 provided on the supporting base body 21, the top plate 31 or the operating handle part 41 and supporting an electronic instrument E, and the electronic instrument supporting part 51 is characterized by being provided in plan view behind the top plate 31 and in front of the operating handle part 41 and inside in the right and left direction of the operating handle part 41.
