The cart device 10 includes: a base part 11 capable of running on a floor; a supporting base body 12 provided by projecting upward from the base part 11; the top plate 14 supported from the lower part by the supporting base body 12. The supporting base body 12 has an outside support 18 fixed on the base part 11 and extending upward, an inside support 19 provided so that a relative position to the outside support 18 can be adjusted in the up and down direction, and supporting a part of the top plate 14 from the lower side in plan view, and a bumper member 27 provided on the outside face of the inside support 19 and capable of absorbing an impact.
