Abstract:
To stabilize the carton holdability in a storage part by controlling the pushing pressure on stacked cartons in a carton storage part by a paddling unit, and as a result, to suppress any trouble during the picking as much as possible in a carton feeder to feed a carton in an open state to a filling device.
A carton feeder has a picking unit which holds one carton and feeds it to a filling device on one end of a carton storage part. A paddling unit for pressing the carton inwardly is provided on the other end. The pressure of the paddling is controlled by a servo mechanism.
