To surely prevent leaked toner from flowing to the outside.
Since a box-like toner receptacle member 70 opened upward is provided at a perpendicular downward position of a lower limit A of a slide contact surface between a side seal member 63 and a developing roller 40, the leaked toner is surely caught and accumulated. In addition, since a front wall 70B being the base of the toner receptacle member 70 is of the shape projected upward near an opening, the accumulated toner is surely prevented from flowing to the outside of the toner receptacle member 70 when a development cartridge 34 is taken out from a main body casing 2 and placed on a horizontal plane such as a desk.
