Title:
CARTRIDGE PICKER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3639171
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a finger assembly which can easily spread from a data cartridge by using a small number of components and inexpensive components by providing an engagement end part and a fitting end part fitted to a knob assembly above the engagement end part, and providing a finger which moves to a spread position when the engagement end part moves toward a cartridge.
SOLUTION: The finger assembly 10 is fitted to the knob assembly 21 rotatably with a swivel pin. A spring 17 draws the finger assembly 10 to a storage position 40. As the knob assembly 21 moves toward the top surface of the cartridge 22, an angled face surface 16 is pressed against the cartridge 22. The finger assembly 10 moves down while resisting the force of a spring 17 and a hooked tip 14 engages a notch 23 to draw the cartridge 22. To disengage the cartridge 22 from the finger assembly 10, the knob assembly 21 is moved laterally until the hooked tip 14 is disengaged from the notch 23.
