Abstract:
To provide an exchangeable cartridge type allergen adsorption filter device for a ceiling-type air conditioner and a manufacturing method thereof, in which a configuration is adopted where allergens are adsorbed to a filter so that allergens causing pollinosis may be reliably removed.SOLUTION: The present invention is characterized by the features that: an attachment frame having an opening penetrating on the front and back surfaces by forming a frame member into a square shape is formed; a cartridge type filter device is mounted in the opening of the attachment frame; the cartridge type filter device has a rectangular frame and a filter member; the filter member has a sheet filter material having a width equivalent to the width of the frame; the sheet filter material to which liquid anti-allergen solution has been adhered is dried and then made into a filter member to be attached in the frame by folding it in a mountain-valley zigzag repeating folding structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
