Abstract:
PURPOSE: To replace a filter element rapidly and with a saving of labor by providing an upper pressurizing part, the upper end part of whose casing is airtightly divided by a horizontal diaphragm and which expands downward by air pressure to fix the upper end of each filter element.
CONSTITUTION: A lower bottom plate 3 which has a diaphragm 7 on the upper surface thereof and which expands upward by air pressure, and an upper bottom plate 9 which is superimposed thereon and has a filtrate hole 10 in the upper surface and has a filtrate discharge hole 11 communicating with the outer peripheral surface are provided. A casing flange 13 circumferentially provided on the outer periphery of the lower end of a cylindrical casing 1 whose upper end is closed, and an annular cramp 19 put outside the outer periphery parts of both the bottom plates 3, 9 and the outer periphery part of the casing flange 13 so as to surround them (3, 9) are provided. Besides, an annular filter element 15 vertically installed at the upper end part of each filtrate hole 10, and an upper pressurizing chamber 25, the upper end part of whose casing 1 is airtightly divided by a horizontal diaphragm 26A and which expands downward by air pressure to fix the upper end of each filter element 15, are provided.
