This cascode current mirror circuit is provided with a plurality of MOS transistors(TRs) P34, N32, and N33 forming a current path (PASS 32) through which a current of 1/m (m is an integer) of a current flowing in a 1st cascode current mirror pair consisting of MOS TRs P30-P33 flows, a plurality of MOS TRs P35, N34, N35 and N36 forming a current path (PASS 33) through which a current of 1/(m*3) of the current flowing in the 1st cascode current mirror pair flows, and a plurality of MOS TRs P36, and N37 forming a current path (PASS 34) through which a current of 2/(m*3) the current flowing in the 1st cascode current mirror pair flows.
