PURPOSE: To make it possible to be seen like a case made of soft material, and for hands to be not scratched with metal fittings on its corners, by a process wherein an adhesive agent is applied on a part or the whole of the case, fibers are put on, gigging process is applied, and the fibers which are not yet attached are blown off or vacuumed after being dried.

CONSTITUTION: Gigging process is applied on the surface of a suitcase (1). An adhesive agent is applied in a layer so that a gigging material (2) made of kinds of short fibers may be put on the base plate (4) of the case. It is possible to select all kinds of colors of the short fibers of which the gigging material (2) is made, according to usage of each suitcase (1). In the first place, pre- treatment (primer coating) is processed to the washed base plate (4) and an adhesive agent is applied on a part or the whole of the outer surface of the case body, and then the short fibers are put on the place applied with the adhesive agent and the short fibers not yet attached are removed by blowing or vacuuming. It the thus possible to absorb many types of impacts with the gigging material (2). It is most suitable for the cases of musical instruments and precision instruments like the electronic equipment.
