Abstract:
To solve a problem on difficulty in determining a dimension of a portion, as a sintered bearing cannot be press-fitted or cracks on a case are generated when an inner diameter of the case portion to which the sintered bearing is press-fitted and fixed, is smaller than an outer diameter of the sintered bearing, or the sintered bearing may be rotated in the case portion because of weak fixing force, when an inner diameter dimension of the case portion is larger than an outer diameter of the sintered bearing.SOLUTION: A plurality of ribs are disposed on an inner peripheral surface of a case portion, and a sintered bearing is press-fitted into the portion while cutting the ribs. A part of the inner peripheral surface of the portion and a part of an outer peripheral surface of the sintered bearing are provided with rotation prevention means for preventing the rotation of the sintered bearing in the portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
