Then, when one barrel belt 20 is inserted from the front side of the barrel part 11 of bag body 10 through the respective belt passes 12 and tied around a human body, bag body 10 storing the telephone set 40 or the like can be fixed so as not to be moved and the telephone set 40 or the like can be fixed accordingly.
