A main part of a cylindrical case is equipped with a cover which opens and closes and a lid, which can be attached and detached when replacing paper sheets to remove oil inside the case, at the both ends of the case. A blade or a cutting part without a blade is placed on an inner surface of a recessed part which is positioned on the side of the main part of the case and can not be touched by fingers.
