Title:
CASE REMOVING MECHANISM FOR TOBACCO RAW MATERIAL CASE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3172357
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce a space, to retain strength, to lower a cost and to automatize removal of a case in unpacking, by using a corrugated board frame B, a plywood P and a moistureproof paper S in a tobacco raw material case.
CONSTITUTION: A raw material case 10 is fed with laying an opening part upward and a flap (f) is raised by a flap raising lever 144c (1 and 2). A suction mechanism 145 is dropped/raised to suck and remove a plywood P and a moistureproof paper S and the flap (f) at the opening part is folded inward (3 and 4). A pallet 20 is put on the top of the raw material case 10 and the raw material case 10 is vertically reversed together with the pallet 20 (5 and 6). The side top of the reversed raw material case 10 is thrust with a pawl part 43a (7). A corrugated board frame B, the plywood P and the moistureproof paper S are retained by the pawl part 43a penetrating the side of the corrugated board frame B and raised to extract rub-removed leaves T from the lower part of the corrugated board frame B (8). An inlet groove parallel to the penetration direction is formed on the pawl part 43a. When the pawl part is thrust into the corrugated board frame B, an air inlet hole is simultaneously opened (9).
