To provide a fashionable case with a new structure for storing commodities and the like, configured to be manufactured inexpensively without any time and effort, and to be used in place of a conventional paper bag.

The case having a bottom wall contiguous to a front wall and a rear wall, and a sidewall connecting the front wall and the rear wall, and a lid flap, the case being formed from one die-cut sheet-like body. A valley fold line is formed vertically along the sidewall. A mountain fold line is formed such that a side flap of the bottom wall lies above the bottom wall. A valley fold line which is almost parallel with the bottom wall is formed above a boundary between the rear wall and the bottom wall. There is no need to fold and adhere the bottom wall in manufacture, while preventing the bottom from falling out, in comparison with the conventional paper bag.
