Abstract:

PURPOSE: To instantly stretch a policeman's club in an emergency by providing a stopper mechanism by which a top ball attached to a tip rod of the policeman' s club is soft-caught at the bottom of a case.

CONSTITUTION: A bag-like open-top pocket 2 is provided at the lengthwise lower end of a thin, long case body 1, and a soft-catching stopper 6 is fixed on the bottom by a rivet 7 with an opening in the center to catch a top ball 5 attached at the tip of the tip rod 4 of a stretchable policeman's club 3. Then, a belt 8 is provided at the lengthwise upper part of the case body 1 to hold the stretchable policeman's club 3 and a belt 9 is riveted at the lengthwise upper part of the rear face of the case body 1. Thereby, the policeman's club 3 is stretched at the same time the club 3 is drawn out with a base tube of the club 3 gripped, so the club 3 can be instantly used.
