Abstract:
To provide a case structure used for a cutter magazine of a machine tool that can improve stability after insertion of a cutter bar and allows easy exit of the cutter bar.SOLUTION: A case structure used for a tool magazine of a machine tool and for housing a cutter bar includes a case and locking means. The locking means is coupled to the inside of the case. Energization force in the radial direction and energization force in an axial direction is generated in an end of the cutter bar inserted in the case, making the cutter bar further stably inserted into the case. The case structure further includes unlocking means for releasing constraint on the cutter bar by the locking means by applying thrust for offsetting the energization force in the axial direction so as to facilitate exit of the cutter bar from the case.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
