Abstract:
To provide a cash drawer which smoothly decelerates the opening of a drawer and stops it without a shock and harsh sound.
A plate spring 9 is fitted to the back of the base of the drawer 1 and a deceleration stop plate 10 formed of plastic is fitted to this side of the base of a drawer base 2. When the drawer 1 is pushed out by an opening spring 3 and moves by inertia, the plate spring 9 is brought into contact with the deceleration stop plate 10 and is elastically deformed. The drawer 1 smoothly decelerates by friction force, the drawer 1 is opened (pushed out) with respect to the drawer base 2 without shock and harsh sound and it is stopped.
