Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cash processing apparatus capable of easily detecting an abnormal small bundle.SOLUTION: When storing a small bundle T, a sealed small-bundle teller machine 3 as a cash processing apparatus acquires an upper face image of the small bundle T held by a small bundle hand part 24, from a denomination discrimination sensor 51 of a pusher part 25, and determines whether the small bundle T is normally sealed or not on the basis of the upper face image. This process can detect an abnormal small bundle T when storing the small bundle T without separately performing a small bundle scrutiny process conventionally for scrutinizing all the small bundles stored in small-bundle safe 26 (26a-26d).
