Abstract:
To provide a casing containing cellulose capable of shortening the drying time of sausages.
This casing containing the cellulose is used for wrapping food like sausages. The casing contains paper, reproduced cellulose and a powder-like material as a filler material for turning the casing to a porous structure and the time of drying and curing the food like the sausages is shortened. As the filler material, for instance, a silicon compound kind can be used.
