At the time of connecting a following casing 111 onto a casing 111 protruded by about 1m from the ground surface and fitting a device body 1 to the upper end of the connected casing 111, the device body 1 with a plurality of fixing pins 10 mounted on the holders 11 is fitted to the upper end of the casing 111, and a screw shaft 8 is rotated in a specified direction by a handle 9 to rotate a screw lever 12 in the direction of an arrow mark E. As a result, a rotary ring 6 is rotated in the direction of an arrow mark F, and a cam lever 16 is rotated in the direction of an arrow mark G, so that the fixing pins 10 are inserted in the direction of an arrow mark H, to connect the device body 1 to the casing 111. A plurality of fixing pins 10 can thereby be inserted simultaneously by handle operation in one place.
