In a casing driver having a casing flexor hinge splint 6, a turning and driving device 5 turning and driving the casing flexor hinge splint 6, a rising frame 4 guided by a guide post 3 and lifting in up-down direction by providing the casing flexor hinge splint 6 and the turning and driving device 5, and a thrust cylinder for lifting the lifting frame 4, a sub-lifting frame 4' provided with a turning and driving device 5' turning and driving in synchronization with the casing flexor hinge splint 6' and the turning and driving device 5 capable of grasping the casing 1 together with the casing flexor hinge splint 6 is coupled to the lifting frame 4 with a coupling member 7 in a detachable manner so as to rise and fall accompanying the lifting frame 4 thereby installing it above the lifting frame 4 and the casing flexor hinge splints 6, 6' are coupled together with a band coupling device 8.
