Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a communication unit removed from a smart meter to be held adjoining the smart meter and wiring work to be safely done while maintaining a communicating state between the smart meter and the communication unit.SOLUTION: A casing holder 10 for use with a smart meter so configured as to include a first casing 110 accommodating a measuring unit for measuring various electrical quantities, a second casing 130 that accommodates a communication unit for communicating data indicating the electrical quantities acquired from the measuring unit, and a terminal unit 120 to which a power cable is connected, characterized in that the second casing removed from the smart meter is held so intervening between the first casing and the second casing as to adjoin the first casing in a state of exposing the terminal unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
