Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial piston pump motor capable of effectively decreasing noise to be generated with pulsation of discharge liquid and capable of being manufactured into its compact size at low cost. SOLUTION: In an axial piston pump motor, pistons 18 are inserted and arranged in a pump casing 10 so as to be freely advanced and retreated in relation to a plurality of cylinder chambers arranged parallel to a rotary shaft 14 formed on a cylinder block 16 to be rotated by the operation of the rotary shaft 14, head parts of the pistons 18 are inclined in relation to the rotary shaft 14 and brought in slide-contact with a swash plate 12 so as to be freely rotated, a port plate 22 for controlling the flow of fluid to the cylinder chambers is provided on the rear end surface of the cylinder block 16, and a suction liquid passage 24 and a discharge liquid passage 26 formed on the casing 10 are communicated with each other. In this case, a blocked cylindrical space part 40 is extended and provided on a part of the discharge liquid passage 26 formed on the casing 10 by being directed or branched in the direction approximately perpendicular to the discharge liquid passage, and the cylindrical space part is integrally formed on one side of the casing.
