Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing structure of a compressor system which can reduce noise, vibrations or the like without reducing a volume in a casing and, further, improves efficiency or the like of a cooling fan on an inner part by improving a method of forming a body and a support structure of a weight material.SOLUTION: A casing structure of a compressor system includes: a body part formed by assembling a ceiling part with four lines of casing frames which are arranged in a rectangle in a horizontal direction and a top plate and by assembling and forming a surrounding lateral surface part with four lines of casing frames arranged in a rectangle in vertical directions and at least four sheets of lateral plates; and a bottom part of a square shape which is fitted to the body part, and houses at least a compressor main body and driving means of the compressor main body onto the inner part. Therein, the four lines of casing frames arranged in a rectangle in the horizontal direction is formed by bending long-size sheet metal members respectively in the length direction in order to apply rigidity so as to have an interval of a predetermined bend and is configured in such a bent shape as to improve a cross-section secondary moment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
