To provide a cassette achieving smooth reading of radiograph information recorded on two storage type phosphor sheets arranged across a radiation energy conversion filter.
The housing 12 of the cassette 10 is divided into a front panel 20 and a back panel 22. The conversion filter 16, on the one side of which the storage type phosphor sheet 14A is arranged and on the other side of which the storage type phosphor sheet 14B is arranged, is housed in the housing. Blocks 30 to be housed in recesses 32 and 34 are attached to the conversion filter, and held by the front panel or the back panel by magnetic force of an electromagnet 36 or the like. When the front panel and the back panel are divided from each other, the conversion filter is held by the front panel, so that the storage type phosphor sheet 14A is opened, and the conversion filter is held by the back panel, so that the storage type phosphor sheet 14B is opened, thus the radiograph information is read.
