Abstract:
To provide a cassette in which a printing medium and a film can be suitably bonded.SOLUTION: A cassette 1B can be installed on a printer 7A. The cassette 1B comprises: a housing; a cassette roller 4B which is movable in a cross direction; a spring 54 which energizes the cassette roller 4B backward; a film tape 63 in which a face opposite to an adhesive face contacts an end part of the cassette roller 4B on a rear side; and a printing tape 61 in which a face to be bonded is bonded to the adhesive face of the film tape 63. In the cassette 1B, a direction D2 toward a second portion P7, at which the cassette roller 4B receives an energization force from the spring 54, from a first portion P8 at which a partial wall 30U of the housing receives an energization force from the spring 54 is oriented backward. This direction is coincident with one of the cross direction in which the cassette roller 4B is movable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
