Abstract:

To provide a cast article with an earth layer that can dispose an earth layer on a surface of an insulator layer that is formed by performing cast molding to an insulation material at the same time.

A cast article with an earth layer disposes an earth layer 2 at a circumference of an insulator layer 1. The insulator layer 1 is formed by performing heat hardening to a thermosetting insulation resin such as an epoxy resin in a metal mold 3, and the earth layer 2 is formed by that a balloon shape conductivity expansion member is set in the metal mold 3, and a thermosetting insulation resin is injected to be expanded along a shape of a cavity 4 and is subjected to heat hardening same as that of the insulator layer 1.
