Title:
CAST-IN-PLACE PILE METHOD AND EXCAVATING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2548870
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To promote execution efficiency by injecting abrasive jet from around the edge of a blade of a casing tube to make excavation.
CONSTITUTION: A casing tube 1 is vibrated and penetrated into the foundation A, for example, when it is changed to the high strength soil such as boulder or concrete, etc., high pressure water from a high pressure pump 2 and abrasives from an abrasive supply device 3 are sent to a high pressure water pipe 12 and an abrasive pipe 13 from a high pressure water pipe 9 and an abrasive pipe 10 through a swivel joint 11, and are supplied to a high pressure water 7 of the tube 1 and an abrasive pipe 8. After that, high pressure water is mixed with abrasives in a mixing room 21 provided around a nozzle 19 to form abrasive jet, and it is injected from a nozzle 23. Then, small blocks of excavated earth are made by penetrating excavation of the tube 1 and injection from nozzle 22, and earth is removed by a hammer glove 4, etc. According to the constitution, execution efficiency to the high strength foundation can be promoted by means of abrasive jet.
