To provide a caster mounting device capable of reducing sliding resistance between a caster bearing and a caster axle, and of improving a rotation performance of the caster so as to facilitate movement of a body.
This caster mounting device is provided with a hollow cylindrical caster bearing 41 integrally formed on a body 21, and a large caster 38 having a caster axle 45 which fits to the inner diameter of the caster bearing 41 and has a hooking part 43 for engaging with the inner end face 42 in the axial direction so as to lock in the axial direction. Simultaneously, this caster axle 45 is formed on the approximately central part of the large caster 38. A nearly circumferential rib B 48 is formed between the inner diameter face of the caster bearing 41 and the outer diameter face of the axle 45 so as to be in contact with the inner diameter face of the caster bearing 41. Accordingly, a rotation performance of the large caster 38 is improved so as to facilitate movement of the body 21 by reducing sliding resistance between the caster bearing 41 an the caster axle 45.
