To provide a caster and a truck using the caster having a large withstand load, while reducing amount of backlash of a yoke part.
The truck is equipped with a turning shaft member 10 and a turning wheel having the yoke part 60 which holds a caster mounting plate 20, a first washer 40, a radial bearing 50, a second washer 70, and a wheel. The caster mounting plate 20, the first washer 40, the radial bearing 50, and the second washer 70 are coaxially disposed in the order from one side wherein a flange part in the turning shaft member 10 is formed, and are fixed by being pressed in the turning axial direction between the flange part of the turning shaft member 10 and the other side. The radius R40m of the outside diameter of a bearing abutting surface 40m of the side contacting to the radial bearing 50 in the first washer 40 is smaller than the radius R50c of the inside diameter of the outer ring, and is formed to be larger than the distance R50b from a turning shaft VZ to the center of a ball 50b.
