Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a caster walker that ensures stable walking and enables to train leg muscle.
CONSTITUTION: A handle shaft of this caster walker is rotatably inserted into a front frame 1, a front wheel 10 is provided at the bottom end of the handle shaft 7, a handle 11 is provided at the top end of the handle shaft 7, and a direction of the front wheel 10 can be changed by the operation of the handle 11. Rear wheels 14 are provided at the bottom end of rear frames 2, and saddle support shafts 15 that support saddles 20 are inserted into the top of the rear frame 2. A walker place his/her armpits on the saddles 20 and operates the handle 11 by his/her hands to walk. As a walker walks with his/her legs together with wheels 10, 14a, and 14b, leg muscle can be fully trained as well as stable walking is realized.
